Review content:
When I'm in the area, Joseph's is always one of my top choices. Their fresh, homemade pastas are always superb. Their menu is extensive and offers plenty of pastas, entrees and even paninis and brick oven pizzas. \r \r One of my absolute favorites is the simple Linguini Bolognese. I mean, if you can make a simple dish like Linguini Bolognese so delicious, you really can't mess up much else. I'm also a huge fan of their Rosemary pappardelle, which usually comes in their pasta trilogy appetizer. Last time I was there I asked if I could substitute the linguini in the bolognese for the Rosemary pappardelle and it was a match made in heaven! \r \r They also sell fresh pasta to take home and cook, as well as a large selection of delicious looking pastries that I am always tempted by when I enter, but eat too much to ever try! Some day!
