I recently purchased an item from this store using my debit card. At checkout I was told the debit card was declined and used another form of payment. Upon arriving home I contacted the bank only to find the charge on the debit card had in fact GONE THROUGH. A printout of the bank statement and BOTH paid receipts were not sufficient for the store ""president"" to issue a refund for one of the payments. She claimed my bank had never paid her. My bank is in the process of refunding the charge now but I have spent a considerable amount of time over the past six days trying to rectify what should have been a very simple issue to correct. I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone and I will NEVER shop there again. \r The cashier who rang up the order incorrectly is also the ""presidents"" daughter and I can't help but wonder if that is why she is SO reluctant to accept fault. I've never gotten such awful customer service. Black and white proof wasn't enough for her to make it right. I'm disgusted.
