I am so thankful that I was given Franklin Electric & HVAC’s name by a friend of mine. My husband & I were first time home buyers and can do most anything ourselves i.e. paint, tile, cabinets, replace faucets and toilets etc. but one thing we could not and would not do is our own electrical or heating work. We bought the house knowing it had to have a new furnace and that the electrical panel was in pretty bad shape (this was a fixer upper), so on the word of a friend we called them out. They scheduled us a 2 hour window (most of the others were 4 hour window) and called us 30 minutes ahead of time to tell us they were on their way which was great because we were at our local hardware store yet again that day when they called and we got back just as they were pulling up. We had several estimates to change out our furnace and the electrical box, some were a less money and some were way higher than Franklin Electric, but the fact that the gentleman Mike that came out is a licensed electrician and licensed heating tech who knew what he was doing was well worth the price we paid. He was there from start to finish (yes he did the work he sold) and when we had it inspected the inspector knew Mike and Franklin Electric and said, “Yeah, I know these guys they do great work”. I am so glad we went with our referral and didn’t go for the cheapest bid and that they have a good reputation with the building department too.
