Review content:
I was frustrated because our spring was so hot, so I truned on the Air Conditioning which kept on freezing up.
Franklin Hvac sent Mike (in a really timely manner). He said we had a 4 ton unit and that is why we were freezing. When we had our house built, we had them include a/c which I've found out is no really a good idea. Mike(the technician) ""right sized"" our A/C and put in a 3 ton unit. Now when its 90 degrees plus my a/c actually holds a 69 degree temp on the main level. I told mike I was having difficulty with temperature in our upstairs area mainly in the Master Bed Room. What we ended up doing was installing a warm air return (above the cold air return which we sealed off with plastic wrap) Now, our house is nice a cold just like I like it!! Beware, if you have air conditioning freezing like we had, have a certified tech ""calculate"" what size based on air flow in addition to square footage. We have 2079 square feet and had a 4 ton unit which way too big. I don't know why the other reviewer felt it necessary to give these guys a poor review, because they certainly are 5 star!
