i was visiting family in the auburn area last week and began experiencing severe lower right quadrant pain. i went to sutter's emergency room and ended up having an emergency appendectomy. the entire sutter staff, from check-in to discharge were fantastic. the nurses and cna's were so friendly and helpful. they were always there for my needs. the er doctor was great. he diagnosed my condition very quickly. the surgeon was absolutely INCREDIBLE. he explained everything to me in laymen's terms and answered all my questions. due to complications i had to contact the on-call surgeon two days in a roll. i was able to speak with him immediately. SUTTER AND THEIR STAFF ARE AN ASSET TO THE MEDICAL PROFESSION. \r

my mind is at ease knowing that should my family need medical care, they will receive the best possible care at sutter.\r
