Horrible Service Department. Do not use this dealershipâ?¦.. Day 1: 04/25/2012 7am - 2010 Toyota Tundra 4x4 brought in for 15K service and alignment. Truck returned 5pm. Truck alignment worse after service. In the process of moving, needed truck. Day 2: 05/11/2012 7am - Truck returned to fix alignment. Informed at 1pm by me calling the Service Dept. as I had not heard from them that alignment bay was down for broken parts. Truck picked up at 5pm. Day 3: 05/14/2012 7am - Truck returned for alignment a 3rd time. Called dealership at 1pm as I had not heard from them. Truck at an offsite alignment shop being aligned. Received call at 3pm that truck was completed. I asked Service Adviser if he had driven the truck to make sure that the alignment was done properly. He had not. I asked him to do so. Received call from Service Adviser at 4pm informing me that alignment was not done properly. Day 4:05/15/2012 1pm - I called dealership as I had not heard from them. Service Adviser had gone home sick. Speak with someone named Alan whom was turning over my service to Bob Rose, Director of Service. 4pm received call from Bob informing me that my truck was being pulled back into the bay to check if it was done properly. Day 5: 05/16/2012 9am - I called Bob Rose to confirm that the service had been done on the truck. Bob will verify at 10am this morning. I am expected to pick it up at noon today. Conclusion: 4.5 days & $210.00 thus far for an oil change, alignment, tire balance, cabin air filter change, and tire rotation. Unacceptable.
