I liked this place. It is clean, the staff is friendly and responsive. The units and grounds are well kept. Ive had only positive experiences with Andy, if you dont understand what you are signing, or being told, ask more questions and document Everything. \r

The parking situation is a little silly, only one assigned space per unit, and just a few visitor spots to serve the entire complex, with no street parking availible either, this is my only complaint about the complex.
