This is my first time posting to CitySearch but I was surprised when I read bad reviews. I can see they are from awhile back though so I wanted to post my own up to date review. I am a student at MCPHS and I heard about Sutton through our housing office. Well I came in an looked this past summer and the woman who rented to me was ok, she did her job well but wasn't very outgoing... When it was time for me to move in there was a new girl in the office and she was so nice! She helped me get set up with a hair salon, she told me the best place to get a cheap and good meal and she even had the maintenace men there the same day that I wanted a bar in my closet moved! Its the type of place where they always have yummy pastries and cookies in the office and a smiling face. The manager even called me after a couple of weeks to see how I was settling in!! I've told all my friends at school about Sutton and I am so glad I found it! Compared to the holes downtown this is luxury, and I don't have to pay for my heat this winter!!!! All in all I couldn't be happier. I hope people understand that all apartments are not the same, and one person not liking their apartment doesn't mean everyone isn't happy.
Pros: 24 hour guys on call if something goes wrong
Cons: people who drive fast on the street and its a dead end
