My wife had taken our SUV in for a oil change. While there they stated the antifreeze needed to be flushed. She called me on the cell phone and put guy on the phone and he told me it needs to be flushed. Having been a mechanic for more than ten years i asked why, he stated all cars need it flushed at 3 years or 36k. I then told him it was flushed one year ago waterpump was done. He then stated it was only safe to 0 degrees. I still said no. Over the weekend I choose to change antifreeze as it should be protected to well below o degrees. After draining the antifreeze i checked it and it was good to -37 which is normal, I also noticed my brake fluid was low, power steering was low as well. Now I do not mind paying close to 40.00 for their service but they could not perform the service correctly. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!! I will never go back there!!!!
