It was the BEST sushi, by far, that I have ever eaten!!!! Having read the reviews here before going I was somewhat prepared - sit at the sushi bar, ""Trust Me"", no menu, no california roll - but not quite. When we entered the waitress said that if you sit at the sushi bar you can't order, the chef will give you what you should have!! Well, we were game - and boy are we glad we did!!
Our meal started with an albacore appetizer, small pieces of albacore in a punzu sauce. It was far and away the best albacore I had ever had, succulent, and flavorful. And each piece after was better than the one before.
The chef wasn't nearly as intimidating as I expected. And while it was expensive, it was worth every penny. We'll be back - and often.
Pros: very fresh fish, excellent rice
