This place has the best fish in LA. period. The service is below average, the prices are somewhat steep, and the decor stinks. You know what? I don't care! The warm rice is so good that I can chill in a pillow of it and take a leisurely afternoon nap. The fish is flipping around on your plate -- the chef definitely has an eye for a good looking fish. Let's not go there.
To be straight, this is a place where the abuse (decor, service, limitations, $) volume is at 8, the fish is at 10, and I would tell all of you to go there asap!
