I have numerous irregular sized windows that needed ""dressed up."" I don't know what made me call JCP, but I did. I really thought the representative who came to my home was going to have a book of fabric swatches that are the same as the drapery sold in standard sizes on-line. What a pleasant surprise I received! She had books and books of every fabric imagineable in all sorts of price ranges. I was a little nervous, because I'm not good at decorating and coordinating colors. The representative who came to my home made some excellent suggestions. She never put pressure on me to buy that day, and she acted as though she had all day to work with me. I even had second thoughts after one of her long visits, and she cheerfully came back for me to look again at samples. Over a period of a couple years, I bought something for most of the windows in my home and couldn't be happier with both the quality and price. Yes, custom drapery is not as cheap as what is in pre-sized, but for what I got, I know I received a great deal.
