Laughlin Kennel has fantastic dogs. They're spunky and healthy and full of life. We bought an amazing yorkie pup and she's fantastic. We named her Ella...after a famous muscian. I've read a lot of these reviews and I'm amazed at how greedy some of these folks are. If they offer to take the puppy back within 14 days for a full refund how can you refuse that? 14 days is a long time and most illnesses develop before that. The other issue that people have is that Laughlin doesn't pay for vet bills - but did you read the contract? It's stated very plainly. It's understandable that you've lost a puppy and you're emotional - if Ella died my wife and I would be sad too - these things happen to living creatures. It's amazing how many great reviews of Laughlin there are - the sad thing is that only the bad reviewers are the most vocal! Well let me say that LK is an amazing place, they care about the puppies they sell and they're invested in making sure their customers are happy, they wouldn't be in business otherwise. My hope is that you will read this and give them a chance if you're going to buy a puppy - you won't be disappointed!!\r
