Overall, a very positive experience and Buddy is the greatest little Yorkie in the world. Here are some things you might like to know before you go there.\r

The selection is surprisingly large, but you really need to have narrowed down what you want before you go there (which is a good idea anyway) because their pups are not out on display. They'll bring whatever pup you might be interested in to you, but they might have as many as 90 pups available and it makes no sense to bring everything from a tiny Pomeranian to a Great Dane for you to inspect. \r

Call before you go there; it helps if they are expecting you. Also, if you can go during the week it is a lot less hectic -- sometimes on the weekend there will be several groups of people in the office all at once.\r

The guarantees are clear and in writing. The pups come with a complete medical record. If you are interested in a couple of pups, ask to see their records -- it may help you choose between them. They won't pressure you to buy a pup or to ""buy now."" If it isn't the right time for you to take on a new member of your household then it won't right for the pup, either. \r

Negatives: we bought on a Saturday and the place was a little hectic, but the sales person was competent and didn't get flustered at all, so it worked out fine.
