Hi I worked there 10 years ago and there seem to be no change the condtion of the sick dogs horrible. One died of a treatable infection. I saw things that are so wrong. They do have a limit on the number of animals they can have there and they were over by 60 puppies!!
Cons: mean on the phone if you need anything
