Sounds to me like the comment below this one is a plant. Seeing as these people aren't very good at customer service it doesn't surprise me that they have such a large base of unhappy customers. Well, I'm not part of any hate group that thinks anything crazy about slavery. I'm just posting my honest opinion based on what I know.\r

My niece bought a schnoodle pup there for about $1K. The dog had luxating (sp) patellas ( a problem with the knees that is inherited from the parents) that would require surgery to repair. The dog also had kennel cough. They did not even treat the other dogs that this dog was in the pen with once they found out about the kennel cough. They took a very long time to return her money, she actually ended up having to dispute the charge with her credit card company for them to do anything & they already had the pup back!! Please stay away from this place. There are lots of other places to buy healthy happy friends from people that care.\r
