My husband and I were looking to adopt a small dog for our family. I called on the phone to find out about puppies. The woman who answered didn't seem to answer my questions. I set up an appt to see a few dogs. When we got there we almost left without going in. To the right of the house where the dogs are sold is a shack trailer with all kinds of kennels attached. Dogs were barking like mad in it. My husband looked at me and said do you still want to go in? We were hoping it would be better inside. When we went in there was about 15 people and 4 puppies in small room. The 4 puppies were all over the place and it was to difficult to even look at the puppy we came to see. The other puppies are kept in a seperate area and we were not able to look at all of them. When we were there a girl came in with her vet bill from a dog she had purchased a week earlier. The dog was very sick and she was demanding they pay the bill. The worker at the kennel was not professional at all. They should have taken her out of the room and discussed it else where. Instead we all had to listen to it. We looked at only one puppy on our list and left. I would not recommend buying a puppy from this place. We felt very uncomfortable and felt as though we were just a number. I hope the puppies in that trailer are ok I felt really bad for them.\r We did buy a puppy at a place in Webster that was wonderful. Plenty of space to play with the puppies. We could view all the puppies as the puppies sleep all together in big puppy pens. We were given individual attention and felt very comfortable. We love our new puppy.
