Helen Colon from See See Homes Realty was a fabulous realtor for my family's relocation from New York to PA. She was so helpful in listing and selling our home in New York and recommended us to another great agent in PA to assist us in that end. She actually researched properties in PA for us as well and followed up with the agent that she referred us to so that all of our wants and needs were met. She was so honest with us on what changes needed to be made to our home in New York to make it more marketable and none of her recommendations were extreme makeovers. She knew that something as simple as rearranging some furniture could make the property more appealing to a buyer...and it did. She advertised our property, held open houses and managed a constant flow of interested buyers even in this horrible buyers market. She negotiated a phenominal deal and actually got us MORE than we had realistically expected. I think she was terrific and would certainly use her again and recommend her and her company to ANYONE!!! ...I aready have.
Pros: Personable, pleasant individual with extensive knowledge of her craft.
