My fiance and I used this company for the second time this year. He had used it the previous year on his own. We asked for pricing through email, phone, and in person, and were given evasive responses. He said that for him to do both of our taxes it would be a little bit more than he charged last year. After receiving our bill after the services were rendered we were shocked to see that the amount was more than double what we anticipated. After an email and phone call to complain about the high bill and the deceitful nature we never received a response. We paid the bill. Word to the wise -- receive a formal quote before you go with this company.
