Previously, I had good experiences with Patterson. However, this time has been a disaster.\r

I just picked up my car and the wheel nuts on both rear tires were coming off. I complained to Frank and he suggested that it was because someone was trying to steal my wheels but stopped and replaced the wheel caps after loosing the nuts. This was after having to put the car in for a second time because they neglected to complete the work that was originally requested. Additionally, instead of repairing the passenger mirror as requested, they GLUED it on angled in such a way that the driver only sees the ground and can no longer be adjusted. \r

I highly recommend NOT taking your vehicle to Patterson Autobody in Stow.
Pros: Beautiful facility. They are more responsive and reponsible when insurance is paying
Cons: poor attention to detail, poor customer service
