We've used Patterson's twice in the last 5 years. Frank is honest and does excellent work. He was particularly kind to my mid-20s daughter who was paying for the repair for a minor accident rather than going through insurance--gave her an excellent rate, and did everything he could to make the process run smoothly with the other driver. I would not hesitate to recommend Patterson's.
