Patterson's does an excellent job. Period. But, what makes them special is the owner, Frank. You cannot find a more knowledgeable person. He is also extremely responsive, personable and above all else HONEST. If he doesn't have an answer, he find one. There isn't a problem he cannot solve. I've been using Patterson for years and wouldn't use anyone else, ever. I just read a review here that wasn't favorable. However, i completely disagree with everything KKNL had to say. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion so feel free to give Patterson's a try and I promise you'll be back to give them a 6-star review too! It takes a LOT to get on a insurance company's 'preferred' list and Patterson is one of the select businesses to make it to the list. That speak volumes. Patterson rocks. Frank and his entire team are the industry standard.
