I have had their trash service for almost 4 years. In the beginning they were great. Never had a problem. They came when they were suppose to every time. In the last year however, that has all changed. My trash goes out to the end of the drive the day before my trash pick up day. They never come and pick my trash up on the scheduled day. I have to call weekly to advise them that my trash has not been picked up. No one ever answers at their business. I leave multiple messages every week and never get a return call. My trash will finally get picked up days after it was suppose to. Instead of coming once a week they come more like once every 2 weeks after I call 10 plus times. I pay my bill to them on time every time. I am paying for service and expect to have that service provided. There are no other trash providers that come to my house. So I can not change companies. I have been told by neighbors that they have seen on multiple occasions where the trash man is going through our trash as though he has lost something. We pay extra every month for recycling. And I have also been told by neighbors that they throw the items in the recycling bin into the same place that they throw the trash can trash. I have never been more aggravated with a service then I am with them. I am a local business owner too and the last thing I want is to be an annoying customer. But I do expect to get what I pay for with customer service. Neither I receive from Billy W Lovelace Garbage.
