Review content:
I came to Vinh's office after my mother heard his advertisement on a Vietnamese radio station. I had my 2008 taxes managed by his office. They pushed extremely hard for me to sign up for a ROTH IRA account as it would act as a ""tax shelter"" for my Real Estate business. (I'm sure they get some sort of financial perk if they get their clients to enroll in ROTH accounts). I agreed and followed their recommendations. Come 2010, I was notified by the IRS that I was not qualified to max out on my ROTH IRA deductions and in turn owed $1500 in back taxes. Vinh had stated that he would take care of it and move things around, adjust things so that it would be all straightened out. Come 2011, I receive another notice from the IRS stating that I again owe back taxes in the amount of $500. The kicker in all this? He has not bothered to return my calls or emails and has deliberately ignored all my attempts to get a hold of him so that he can once again ""take care of things"". This guy is highly unethical, unprofessional and overall a low life. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH HIS TAX FIRM! \r
