Review content:
If you need physical therapy, I would highly recommend this place. Frieda Alessi, the owner of Extensions Physical Therapy ( downtown Pleasanton) is really knowledgeable. Her understanding of the body seems much higher than other people I've been to, and helped her diagnose a problem my doctor had written off as bad form in my gym routine. The office is very nice with all the latest equipment. Of the four different physical therapy places I've used in the Tri-Valley - to treat various maladies that crept up as I've gotten older, this is clearly the best. The office has programs for various categories like post-pregnancy getting back in shape, and for dancers. One of my elderly relatives came here for a while; his progress and how it changed his outlook were amazing. Pros: easy parking, 1 block off Pleasanton's Main St. Cons: What are the drawbacks?
