I have had food in this restaurant a few times and I agree with a few other reviewers that the manager was a snob and talked to almost everyone rudely (it never happened to me but has happened to others when I was there a few times). We suffered from shoddy service a few times and had decided never to go there again. But then, a friend invited us to have dinner there. The good news is that that when I went this time, the manager was nowhere in sight. It was our friend's sister's bday and she was also dining with us. The staff helped us present the cake to her (cake was bought outside). Also, the friend has a three year old son who does not like Thai food. They allowed us to feed home cooked food in the restaurant which I thought was very nice on their part. We had prompt refills and even prompter service (let me reiterate that I have experienced extremely shoddy service here in the past). It looks like they have learnt their lesson and I am going to give them another chance! Food has always been awesome and they have a good vegetarian menu.
Pros: Great Food, Traditional seatings, Not crowded, Nice parking lot, Better Manager now
