I have been a Fan of Meehans and now PUB 71 for many years. When I read the reviews listed here I felt like things were terribly ""misrepresented""... So I went back in last night during Monday Night football in Atlanta... A GREAT PLACE.. Even better than when it was Meehans. I have met the owner on a few occassions, he is very committed to EXCELLENT service, and his true concern for the customer care is very evident. Natalie and Colm could not have been more accomodating and the atmosphere was incredible. GOOD FOOD .... GREAT BEER .... GOOD CIGARS ..... and true caring for the customer's needs. This is a true ""Cheers in Atlanta"". They are the best and friendliest neighborhood bar in Atlanta. I don't know what IDIOTS wrote the negative reviews but they are probably back under ""professional care"" by now. Hopefully they will not be in PUB 71 spewing their venom and poor taste. Try this place, there are reasons PUB 71 has been awarded ""Best Of"" in local City Guides. There are many things in life that you must experience to form your opinions and the comfort and caring shown at PUB 71 is one of them. Go in and introduce yourself to the owner, Robert Adamo and you will see what I mean. Robert is sincere and truly caring about his customers and his business. PUB 71 is NOT JUST A BUSINESS, it is a HOME AWAY FROM HOME, with better food, beer, service and they clean up after you! Give it a try and you will understand what I mean! PUB 71... The BEST IN ATLANTA..... THE BEST AROUND!!!!
