If you are tired of all of the ""cookie cutter"" bars and clubs TRY PUB 71. We have been in there several times and each time we seem to enjoy it more. When the cook in a local PUB is an actual professionally trained Chef, you know you are in a Unique Place. The signature dishes prepared by Chef Robert Adamo have all been INCREDIBLE and have drawn us back in over and over. Last week I had the Pan Seared Filet of Salmon with Honey Chipotle Butter. Even the leftovers the next morning were incredible! My husband had the Grilled NY Strip Steak . The steak was Topped with the Signature Blue Cheese Butter. Melt in your mouth tender and incredible flavor. We shared a desert just because they are so unique and could not resist the Banana Foster Bread Pudding. What a TREAT... A very relaxing ""AT HOME"" place where you can REALLY ENJOY a wonderful meal and service that is just right. Professional wait staff that knows when to serve and when to let you enjoy your meal. Chef/Owner Adamo even stopped by our table to check on us. He really makes you feel like you are important and your opinions count. Try PUB 71 and you can form your own opinion. I would be proud to reccommend this establishment and look forward to taking my friends and clients there. A WONDERFUL LOCAL RESTAURANT and PUB.
