I grew up in cheese country. And i am not talking about those stupid happy cows to the south of us. they may be happy but do not make happy good cheese. i am from the cheese head state home of the green and gold WI. i grew up around the dairy and cheese and i know good cheese when i find it and this place has it i have been looking for a cheese place for quite a while and am so happy to of found one the serveice was impectiable and very intutive to your needs and want and very informative this is a place that i plan on visiting over and over again they ar a little out of the way but well worth the drive and a busy cheese shop is a good cheese shop thank you
