Review content:
Brought home a batch of clothes and found a splash of black liquid staining a pair of my pants. Returned the pants the next day to see what they could do to fix them. I was told that stain was there when the pants were dropped off. I find this unlikely as the pants had been worn only once. The stain was a series of spots covering about 2 inches by 8 inches. It would have been hard to miss this stain when dropping them off.
Dry cleaners can make mistakes like anyone else. Failing to take responsibility for a mistake is what bothers me. This was my first time using this dry cleaner.
