I spent over $2000 on the so-called Zerona for face and neck. After 8 visits from over 20 miles away, and doing all I was told to do, I got zero results and wasted money I didn't have to waste.\r

They admitted afterwards that it didn't work and I was told the manufacturer of the device might approve either a refund or an extra round of treatment. After playing phone tag for weeks they finally stopped returning my calls at all, and I got no satisfaction. \r

I suspect this expensive service is only for already thin people who want a little double chin removed, if it even does that. I feel like they knew I was not a candidate and wanted the money too much to tell me so. I am very disappointed and would never recommend anyone to this facility.
