I woke up to a loud noise that my garage door was making in the middle of the night like at 2AM. It was like a loud grr and was making the house vibrate and then I heard a loud boom and the garage door was stuck open at that point. My husband tried to mess around with it a little in order to get it closed but northing was happening. We could not leave the door like that so I came online to trusty google and called around but none of the companies were answering. I finally reached this company and a man told me that he would have someone out to my home right away for no additional charge. We only waited ab9out 20 minutes since we live so close to them and the guy was able to use a flashlight to not only get the door closed, but to fix it entirely. I am realy satisfied with this company and would highly recomend them to anyone in search of excellent service.
