Review content:
They were awarded a $25,000 job with clearly defined scope and parameters. They were the low bidder and asked for a $5,000 deposit. We gave them the deposit; they came out to the job for a few hours, and broke up our concrete, then left the job never to return. We asked for our deposit back and they claim they are broke, no cash, no checking account and will file for chapter 11 if we sue. We are pursuing a criminal complaint for fraud. Joe Rizzo, the president, is a liar, never returns phone calls and refuses to settle the matter like a gentleman. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
