*I wish there was a zero star rating! And for all these 5 star ratings? IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!!
I was sold a used vehicle that was missing a feature used to sell the car. Unfortunately, I didn't notice it until months later and when I reported it to the sales manager, he refused to reimburse me for the ~1500.00 missing item. Up until this point, I'd been reasonably happy with them though certainly not 5 star happy (Amber was great but she left).
I never followed up on this, but when I purchased my new 50K+ Mercedes Benz, I used a Maryland Benz dealer.
In the end, their dishonesty cost them a life long customer and the fact that I work with numerous other Benz drivers, means that I've been referring them to my Maryland dealer.
