Review content:
Stratum did the repairs on the house before we purchased it and of course they included a transferable warranty. When we noticed movement I called stratum and inquired about repairs. I talked to Neysa and she didn't question me a bit she just said that an engineers report is required (part of the warranty) so we got a report done and the engineer noted movement and as soon as I shared that report with stratum, Neysa scheduled a time for the crew to come. We had some issues with rain causing delays but I could tell Neysa worked hard to get the crew to us as soon as possible. When they arrived they did get rained out and they came back when everything dried out. The crew worked fast and Edgar was very kind and considerate. I highly recommend stratum foundation repair!
