Me and a group of friends rented and rv about 6 months in advance, we made a deposit ect . only to find out 4 days before our trip that the RV was in a car accident! I understand that is out of there control but we were told we could hike to Middelboro to pick up another one Friday afternoon traffic heading towards the cape that is 60 min each way from where we were to pick it up we would be lucky to do it in 4 hours and it is the opposite direction that we are going!! Anyway we were told it would be available Friday am but for some reason they cant bring it to the location we need it at I was told they dont do that . The manager just said sorry, if I or family member had the luxury to take the entire day off Friday that would be fine or if they offered us a discount it would be worth the time missed from work but nothing. Even a free tank of gas for our trouble of the extra traveling but nope.
