Review content:
Wow, where to begin. I used Eco a couple of times without issue, and the third time they lost two expensive work shirts. I called them regarding it, and the first lady I spoke to said they were delivered on a specific date, and I asked her to look into it and call me back. She never did. I called back, spoke to someone else, who told me that according to their system, she couldn't even verify that they were delivered. She told me she would talk to someone, and get back to me about possible compensation.
Again, no calls from them. This is where it gets almost comical. They don't answer the phone when they see it's me calling, no matter what time of day I call. I originally left two messages, explaining that I'd talked to them, and was following up, and wanted to get the shirts back, or at least compensated for them. Losing your customers clothing is one thing, then dodging their calls is just a joke. Nice customer relations! Why don't you take ownership of your mistakes?
