Anaad, we mentioned prior to your arrival, we do not offer massages on Saturdays at this time. We offered you another day & time, but you refused. We suggested if your unable to redeem your voucher to contact groupon for a refund, again you refused. We strive to provide excellent customer service & work with our clients to the best of our ability. Your aggressive behavior and language towards our staff, and in the presence of our clients, limited our opportunity to address this matter further.
