I absolutly love working out now! I started with bootcamp! The instructor ""T Last"" is very motivating! It's something new every day which is what drew me to the program. I was referred by other clients from the past. T Laster has a huge following by the way which speaks for itself. He's constantly shocking us with new drills or team building excercises! He's very professional, with a great sense of humor! The studio is very modern with bright energetic colors. However the ""exotic"" fitness has a total different feel. My bestfriend attends the pole classes there and now she's officially addicted! She's purchasing a pole for home. I highly recommend this place if you're interested in trying something new & different!
