Review content:
Less than four years ago I purchased a 4' x 15' Anderson window from them that was $8515 installed. We noticed the windowsill on it was rotting so I called them back. By the way, this window was painted in the Anderson factory and we painted on top of their paint so it should have been well sealed. They said they would charge me $175 just to come out and look at the window. I feel this attitude towards a customer who paid a lot of money to make sure the window would be under warranty by paying them to install it is outrageous. We are in the construction business and if a customer has a complaint we charge them nothing to come look at it. I can understand when there is a problem with the quality of their product or their installation, but to charge $175 to come look at it shows a bad attitude towards resolving the problem. By the way, Anderson windows are supposed to be warranted for 20 years when installed by one of their approved vendors.
