I got a flyer with a coupon to check out Fish Hawk's newest restaurant: Park Square Cellar. I sat at the bar with two friends, and Kelly. the bartender waited on me. Though she was pleasant, her inexperience and inability to provide any level of service was really poor. I arrived at 6pm while they were having a 2 for 1 happy hour, which I was not told about. The couple next to arrived 10 minutes later and were given the happy hour even after its time had passed. I ordered $10 crab cakes, which were under the small plates portion of the menu. I had no idea that the ""cakes"" were diligently portioned out with the world's smallest ""melon baller."" It was a sick joke; there were two quarter sized burnt ""tater tots"" they called crab cakes. My other party ordered a large plate of the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin. What he got was six thinly sliced dry pieces of cold pork for $16. The trio sliders though $10 were edible, but lacking as well. When I expressed my frustration no-one (Kelly) cared. It really is a shame, the ambiance was pleasant but the management designed a poor menu that is way overpriced. Coupled with their poor choice in service. I will not be back and I suggest that you all do the same. It will only be a matter of time before this one goes out of business!!
