Review content:
As a customer of Casey Hovey State Farm for the last year and a half, I have found her staff to be friendly, courteous, and professional. On the rare occasion that my bill was late, I received friendly reminders by phone. In my opinion, as the person that collects the money for State Farm, she is the person that I should be reviewing when I write about my experience with her company. Unfortunately my experience with State Farm over a recent claim has left me with a very bad taste in my mouth. State Farm mandated the use of a used tailgate. Their adjuster found it, and was told it was the correct part, and in installable condition. The body shop said that what State Farm adjusters were told was not the case. I could either install the part as is, pay out of my pocket to have it ""cleaned up"", or pick up my car. The shop told me that the part is State Farms issue. State farm has told me that it is the shops issue. I have a tailgate from a car that does not match on the back of my jeep, and the entire experience from State Farm to the shop, has left me feeling like everyone passed the buck. I feel that since Ms. Hoveys office took my money, she should share the blame. My two stars reflects that opinion.
