Went in to look for a tool to help me finish a job. Needed a open-end 27mm wrench with an off-set to it. had a used one I thought would work. It would have worked great, but when I went to use it didn't fit right. After looking at it closer, realized that it had been modified to 29mm, and was not 27mm like was stamped on the wrench. When I took it back, they would not even consider a refund. So, for $16.50 (kinda expensive for 1 used wrench) they have lost me as a customer forever. Instead of telling people how I found a special tool there, or or they took care of me, I will tell them this story instead. For $16.50, Tool Exchange has bought themselves some very bad word of mouth advertising, cuz I have a big mouth!
