Review content:
We've been going here on/off the last 4 - 5 years. I've tried everything and consistently find only the fondue and beer onion soup the best on the menu- that's my review of the food.
The service is questionable. They consistently miss side dishes, utensils and drinks. In the last 2 months we've been there three times and each time a mishap occurs with the service. When you complain they swarm in to help but you feel awkward the rest of the evening- not an enjoyable dining experience. The Manager is a good guy who's very professional and handles complaints very well; however, something is wrong with who is managing the service and orders within the kitchen. Perhaps it's time to clean house @ Gustav's in Vancouver?
Pros: Nice Manager, very professional guy
Cons: Staff is terrible, feel sorry for the Manager
