I was seriously dissatisfied. FANTASTIC harbor views, but this property is too geographically inconvenient for the typical New York visitor. The Club Lounge was highly deficient. No afternoon Tea/snack presentation, and lunchtime presentation food is not set out - a staff member has to bring out food to you. I could not find a staff member to assist. There was only bottled water set out for beverage service. Overall I found the staff rather welcoming. I was shooed off the 14th floor terrace (the entry doors were NOT locked) . The worst was a surly security officer who came to my door at night, ORDERING me to turn down my radio (I was playing soft music to listen to in the bath) and treated like some unruly Spring Break teenager. Pardon me for thinking the room would be better insulated against noise! This was the poorest Ritz Carlton stay ever!
