I purchased some shoes at this store about a week ago. They were a brand I have worn for a long time and know my size so didn't try them on (my bad). When I got them home, one shoe was slightly bigger than the other. I immediately called to ask about the time to make a return. The guy on the phone, as well as the guy who initially waited on me were both really nice. No problems. When I came back to return the shoes, I got a guy with the worst attitude....he acted like I was really putting them out to return these defective shoes, one of which was the floor model. He was just a jerk about it all. Luckily, he had something to do in the back and left me with the original nice salesman. I'll give them three stars b/c of the original guy I dealt with but watch out for the older guy with the hair-spray plastered red hair--he's very cranky. And I'll definitely be spending my $100+ somewhere else!
Pros: at least one nice salesman
