Recently my father in law purchased a new Jayco Trailer from your Little Rock Location. He was very impressed and pleased with both the unit and ther serive he recieved. My wife fell in love with the Jayco unit so we decided to check out one for oursleves. Jack Pflug, our salesperson, was helpful, knowledgeable and did not pressure us in anyway. The Service Manager, Mstt Lee, went the extra mile to satisfy an issue I had with the brake installation. Phil McDonald, is very impressive in his knowledge and demonstration of ALL aspects of the unit. He demonstrated a genuine concern for the customer so that we would have the best possible experience with our new unit. Finally, Gary martin was a lot of fun to negotitate with and he made us feel comfortable not pressured. \r

The entire Team at Crain RV represents the company above expectation and should be commended for their excellent services. \r
