Review content:
We purchased a leftover 2008 travel trailer from Crain Rv in January 2009. We asked the salesman to through in a few ""extra"" things and he said ok, but when it came time to write the check, the items had been billed. \r
Since we spent approx. $15,000.00 with this company, in a not so good economic time, I was expecting a phone call or even form letter to thank us for our business. Nothing ever came. Nobody at that dealership made me feel special or appreciated and I swore that I woulD never do business with them again.\r
We have now traded in our travel trailer and needed to cancel our extended warranty. When we called the warranty company, they sad we had to go through Crain, since the policy was purchased through them. We called and left several messages for ""Dennis"" , because we were told Dennis is the only person that can handle what we needed. AftEr not hearing back from Dennis, we finally called and reached him on Monday, 11/8. He said we needed to fill out a form and he sent it to us in email. I printed it, filled it out and faxed it back within 1 hour. He said he would send it in that day. I called the warranty company on 11/9 and they said they had not received it. Upon reaching Dennis on 11/10, he told us that he had to send it to the home office and they send hold onto the paperwork until Fridays. They don't send it in until Friday. Of course Dennis didn' tell us this is the first conversation. We asked Dennis to call the home office and get back to us, but guess what, we never heard from Dennis. Now, we have just lost 5 days worth of money on this warranty. \r
I called the warranty company on Mon 11/15 and they still had not received it. Called Dennis back, but we never heard from him, as usual. I found the phone number of the home office and called there. I was told that the ONLY person that can send in the paperwork is on a breavement leave and won't be back until Wed 11/17. I called on Wed and was told the paperwork would be faxed. I called back to confirm later in the day and the gal said yes, it had been faxed.\r
I called the warranty company today, 11/23 and they still have not received the paperwork from Crain. I will be calling and bugging the person at Crain until she finally sends the paperwork. These people don't understand that every day they waste, I lose $$$$$.\r
The unfortunate situation is that this is not over, bacause the warranty company will send the check to Crain and they have to mail us their check. By the way, they deduct $30.00 to do this. What a bunch of crap!\r
I am at the point that I will still calling up the ladder at Crain headquarters if I don't start seeing some action.\r

DO NOT BUY FROM CRAIN! THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT CUSTOMERS OR PREVIOUS CUSTOMERS! THERE ARE MANY, MANY OTHER DEALERS IN THE LITTLE ROCK AREA THAT WOULD BE HAPPY TO HAVE YOUR BUSINESS! GO ELSEWHERE!!\r
