I have been a customer of Becky's Hallmark for many years, but after a recent visit to the store, I will not be back. I have never been treated as rudely as I was by Becky Pierce. It is a good thing that she mostly lets her staff handle things at the store because if she is not in a good mood, she isn't a pleasant person to talk to. Note to Ms. Pierce: the economy isn't great. You should be nice to anyone and everyone who shops in your store. I have been a good customer over the years and buy tons of Hallmark ornaments each year from you. However, no longer. As a small business owner myself, I appreaciate people who shop locally, however, your attitude does not allow me to do so in regard to Hallmark products.
