Review content:
When our waitress came over to take our order (my wife and I), I was a little hesitant to order because I really wasn't sure exactly what I was ordering and I asked her for some help in making my decision. We discussed 2 items on the menu and after some consideration I made my choice. After our nominal wait time, we received our plates. A couple minutes later another plate came out. Being a novice chinese food eater or whatever you wanna call it, I assumed that it was normal to receive rather large portions however this seemed a bit much. So before I ate I waited for her to come back and check up on us. Normally thats what a good server does when someone receives their food. Especially when someone other than the server brings out the food. I didn't eat the extra food and I waited and waited my entire meal and she never came to check up on us. I couldn't even see her floating around the restaurant to flag her down. Finally I flagged her down when we were ready to go after finally getting a glimpse of her. I very politely mentioned the extra meal and she very condesendingly told me she repeated it back to me and took offense while insinuating I was too poor to pay. I apologised for the misunderstanding, and reiterated the fact that I only wanted one main course meal and that I don't want to pay for something I didn't order. She walked away from us seemingly having a childish fit. On our way out I approached her and apologised again for the misunderstanding and advised her that we did not see her for the duration of our meal to let her know. She snapped at me and asked me if I was capable of walking and should have gotten up to come get her. After hearing that nonsense, I told her that I shouldn't have to get up and how about we just throw customer service out the window. Apparently family owned restaurants that employ within shouldn't be held to the same customer service standards just because your less likely to get fired.
Pros: The food was fine, there was a plethora of choices.
Cons: The worst customer service experience ever.
